About Me

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Clouser, and I am the founder of Collective Wellness Company. I am a Registered Nurse who has worn many hats throughout my career. My nursing journey began in 2013 as a Licensed Practical Nurse, serving in skilled nursing facilities and medical-surgical units. In 2019, I chose to advance my education and pursue my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Wilson College, which I proudly completed in 2022. Since then, I have worked as an RN across multiple specialties, including the emergency department, intensive care unit, and cardiac catheterization lab.

Collective Wellness Co. was born out of both professional observation and personal experience. Over the years, I repeatedly witnessed a troubling pattern: patients received multiple diagnoses but were left with little to no guidance on how to manage them. The healthcare system often handed people answers without offering the tools, education, or support they truly needed to thrive.

I know this challenge intimately. When I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, I was given medication but no education, no follow-up, and no meaningful support. I felt overwhelmed, confused, and left to figure it all out on my own. That experience—and countless others I witnessed as a nurse—made it clear that something had to change.

That’s why I founded Collective Wellness Co.—to bridge the gap between diagnosis and daily life. My mission is to walk alongside you and your family, providing guidance, education, and advocacy every step of the way. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.

With Collective Wellness Co., you have a partner in your health journey.
